We custom-make wavy clip-in and wavy tape-in hair extensions, specifically made for the customer at the time of purchase.  These personalised orders are completed within 10-12 business days. 

🔧 STEP 1: Design Your Dream Set

🌀 Texture:
Choose your vibe – silky straight, body wave, or bouncy curls. Have a photo of your goal look? Even better! Send it through so we can match the vision perfectly.

⚖️ Weight:
For longer lengths (like 28–30 inches), we recommend at least 150 grams for that full, voluminous look.

🎨 Colour:
Go bold or stay natural – it’s up to you!
Custom options include:
→ Solid, ombré, balayage, highlighted, root shadow, bright fashion tones, or your own unique blend.

🔗 Attachment Type:
Pick your preferred method:
Invisible tape, skin weft, flat weft, clip-ins, i-tip, nail tip – or let us know if you have something else in mind.

📏 Length:
Tell us exactly how long you want your extensions to be. We cater to a wide range of lengths.

📨 STEP 2: Place Your Order

Once you’ve got your custom details ready, email us via the contact page with:
• Texture
• Colour (description or photo)
• Length
• Quantity
• Attachment type

We’ll get back to you with a personalised quote.

💳 STEP 3: Confirm & Pay

Once you're happy with the quote, secure your order with one of our flexible payment options:
PayPal, Bank Transfer, Deposit, Zippay, Klarna or Afterpay.
Your order enters production once payment is received.

🧵 STEP 4: We Create Your Custom Extensions

Your custom set is made with care to your exact specs.
Standard turnaround: 7–14 business days (depending on the style).
Wavy/curly textures are handcrafted and may take a little longer during busy periods.

📦 STEP 5: Shipping & Delivery

After quality assurance, your order is sent via Express Post.
• Australia: 1–2 business days
• All orders include postal insurance & require a signature on delivery

 Please Note:

• Wavy & curly extensions should not be straightened – heat may alter their wave pattern permanently.
• Custom wavy hair extensions and special colours & lengths are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their made-to-order nature. Custom-made hair extensions are specially created and may differ slightly due to the natural variations of human hair.

• International buyers: import/customs fees may apply based on your country.
