Shipping policy

All express orders are shipped using Australia post express post satchels with automatic tracking details sent to you via your nominated email account.

We generally send orders on the day you make your order, if the order is finalised prior to 1pm (AEST) Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.  Normally you should receive your package 1-2 business days after its been sent.

International orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days, some orders depending on whether they are custom / special orders may take longer to dispatch.

The buyer is responsible for any customs / import fees.  If a package is returned due to the customer not paying the duties / taxes on their item (s) we will issue an exchange voucher for the product price which can be used within 30 days. 

We do not take any responsibility for shipping delays outside of our control such as the impact of weather, postal service delays, flights, customs etc.  

If COVID-19 restrictions cause delays for international parcels.  We have no control over this.

Delivery address should be the same as your paypal, Afterpay, Lattitude or Zippay address.

We provide automatic tracking on receipt of payment for all orders posted within Australia Express Post and International / Express Registered Post.

Although we provide the expected delivery times for each service, we will not be held responsible for slight delays which may result from Australia Post due to public holidays.
