At Pure we know you want to get your hair extensions fast, so we offer express delivery on all items Australia wide. You will receive full tracking delivered automatically to your inbox for total peace of mind.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed prior to 1pm each business day.
Even during Covid 19 right from the beginning of the epidemic till now and into the future our deliveries will be on time. We have a large scale business account with Australia Post so you will still receive your order within 1-3 business days, in-fact most of our customers still get their orders delivered straight to their door the very next day!
For peak periods or during unexpected high volume processing can take an extra day.
International orders are dispatched daily and have the option for either by Express 5 -7 days or standard registered delivery and 10-12 days.
These transit times are average times and depend upon your particular countries customs processing speed, flight delays, weather etc can effect these times.
Full tracking is standard with these options. These transit times may be shorter or longer depending on the countries own customs and domestic shipping services.
